STORAGE

Logistics and handling for the long-term use of exhibition materials

VALUE RETENTION

TAILORED STORAGE

A high-quality exhibition stand is an investment. IMA offers customer-specific warehousing within its own facilities at the company’s headquarters in Aßlar, Germany.

Components, modules and equipment are stored carefully and protected from external influences. Customer-specific exhibits and graphics can be stored for future reuse in upcoming projects.

The goal is to preserve functionality, surface quality and dimensional accuracy across multiple exhibition cycles.

INSPECTION

INBOUND INSPECTION

Returned exhibition materials are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear and possible transport damage. Damaged components are repaired, contamination is removed and functional elements are serviced.

This ensures that the exhibition stand can be prepared for its next use without unplanned additional effort.

TRANSPARENCY

DIGITAL TRACKING

All stored components are digitally recorded and documented. Modules, furniture, components and exhibits are clearly assigned and can be tracked at any time.

This structured inventory management simplifies the planning, adaptation and expansion of future exhibition appearances.

REUSE

REPEAT USE AND ADAPTATION

Systematic storage enables exhibition stands to be reused multiple times and adapted for specific project requirements. Components can be expanded, modified or integrated into new stand concepts.

This reduces material consumption, production effort and project costs for recurring trade fair appearances.

HANDLING

EXHIBIT HANDLING

In addition to stand components, IMA also offers structured exhibit handling on request.

Products, presentation elements and equipment are stored appropriately, labelled and prepared for future use.

This ensures that not only construction elements, but also sensitive exhibits remain ready for deployment.
