The IMA team brings together different disciplines, skills, generations and personalities. Architects, project managers, engineers and master craftsmen work closely with skilled workers, tradespeople and apprentices across planning, production preparation and installation.

Experienced colleagues pass on their knowledge, while younger employees and apprentices contribute new perspectives. This creates a team in which craftsmanship, technical expertise and design thinking work hand in hand.
