LOGISTICS

Reliable Logistics and Schedule Management for Exhibition Projects

COORDINATION

LOGISTICS AND SCHEDULING

Logistics are an integral part of project coordination. Transport routes, delivery time slots and scheduling sequences are coordinated at an early stage and integrated into the overall project planning.

The objective is controlled material movement without unnecessary downtime or process delays. All components arrive on site exactly when they are needed.

TRANSPORT

FLEET AND DISPATCH

IMA organises transport using its own vehicles as well as selected logistics partners. Dispatching and route planning are coordinated on a project basis and aligned with exhibition requirements and installation schedules.

Own transport capacities enable flexible responses to scheduling changes or project adjustments.

INTERNATIONAL

INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

For international projects, IMA organises customs-related documentation and coordinates import and export processes on a project basis.

Depending on the country and transport method, handling is carried out directly or in cooperation with specialised logistics partners. The objective is smooth and reliable import and export coordination with dependable scheduling.

Handling

LOAD SECURING AND SHIPPING

Components and surfaces are packaged securely for transport and clearly labelled. Packaging units are assembled on a project-specific basis and coordinated with the planned installation sequence.

Experienced staff handle loading, securing and documentation in order to minimise damage, unnecessary handling and material relocation on site at the exhibition venue. This minimises on-site rework and helps protect delicate surfaces.

Ownership

CENTRALISED COORDINATION

Transport processes are centrally coordinated. Contacts, time slots and supply chains are clearly defined and managed through a central structure.

This reduces coordination effort on the customer side and helps prevent information loss throughout the project workflow.
