Corporate events require presentation environments, product staging and temporary brand spaces.

IMA takes responsibility for organising and delivering these presentation areas as well as coordinating all involved service providers for in-house exhibitions, roadshows and product presentations.

Depending on the event format, this requires coordinated planning of presentation environments, technical equipment and organisational processes.

In addition to delivering presentation areas, IMA also manages organisational responsibilities related to workflows, technical coordination and involved service providers during the event. Event support is part of IMA’s service portfolio.

These concepts include presentation furniture, display cabinets, presentation walls, information areas as well as reception and presentation counters that make products and content clearly visible for visitors.
