SHOWROOMS

Showroom fit-out for brand and product worlds

BRAND ENVIRONMENT

IDENTITY IN SPACE

A showroom is a strategic instrument for brand and product communication. It structures brand messaging, product portfolios and application scenarios within a clearly defined spatial concept.

Displays form part of integrated presentation concepts and are incorporated into showrooms, retail environments and exhibitions.

Products are presented within the appropriate context, while performance differences and product relationships are communicated clearly and understandably. Showrooms support product demonstrations, consultation and the presentation of complex product solutions.

The result is a brand environment that provides orientation, makes expertise visible and creates an immersive experience for complex product portfolios.

CONCEPT

STAGING AND SPATIAL DRAMATURGY

IMA develops an individual showroom concept for each project. Content, presentation areas and information zones are specifically coordinated and arranged within a clear spatial sequence.

Lighting design, material selection and spatial emphasis create focal points. The staging provides orientation, creates impact and strengthens brand presence within the environment.

TECHNOLOGY

MEDIA AND LIGHTING INTEGRATION

Media and lighting technology extend spatial presentation through digital layers. Large-format screens, projections, interactive interfaces as well as AR and VR applications are technically integrated and functionally coordinated.

Lighting and media technology support product demonstrations, communicate information clearly and structure the transfer of content. This makes complex topics visually accessible while staging the brand effectively within the environment.

STRUCTURE

MODULAR AND CUSTOMISED

Showroom fit-out can be developed either as a customised solution or as a modular structure. Systems are designed to adapt to product changes, product range extensions and new content requirements.

Interchangeable presentation elements, variable modules and flexible spatial concepts enable adjustments without the need for fundamental restructuring. This creates showroom architecture that combines creative freedom with long-term adaptability.

PLANNING

SHOWROOM PLANNING AND DESIGN

The development of showrooms requires an integrated planning process. Strategy, design, engineering and technical implementation are developed within one coordinated workflow.

Content, exhibits, media technology and structural elements are systematically coordinated. Decisions regarding materials, proportions, dimensions and technical equipment are aligned to create a coherent overall concept.

This transforms an initial idea into an economically viable showroom solution.

DELIVERY

PRODUCTION AND INTEGRATION

Implementation is based on clearly defined workflows between engineering, manufacturing and installation. Presentation systems are manufactured with precision and integrated in close technical coordination.

At the company’s site in Aßlar, Hesse, project management, engineering and production work closely together. Short coordination paths ensure quality, schedule reliability and flexibility throughout the course of the project.

Extensions, product updates and technical adjustments can be integrated in a structured manner. The result is economically viable showroom solutions with a long service life.
