SERVICES

IMA supports projects in exhibition construction, shopfitting and display construction throughout all project phases. From strategic planning and engineering through to production and on-site implementation, all services are closely coordinated within one integrated process.

The full-service portfolio includes consulting, design, technical development, production, logistics as well as installation, dismantling and storage. A central point of contact supports the project throughout all phases and coordinates all involved trades and service partners.

PLANNING

CONCEPT AND TECH­NI­CAL DE­VEL­OP­MENT

Every exhibition construction project begins with a structured planning process. Spatial concepts, engineering, material specifications and technical requirements are defined at an early stage.

This planning phase forms the foundation for economically viable implementation and coordinated production of all individual components.

PROJECT MAN­AGE­MENT

COOR­DI­NA­TION OF TRADES

Complex projects involve multiple trades and disciplines. In addition to engineering and production, these include drywall construction, electrical installations, lighting systems and further interior fit-out works.

IMA takes responsibility for project management and coordinates planning, technical development and implementation. This ensures reliable coordination of construction processes, schedules and interfaces between all individual services.

Where required, IMA also delivers projects as a general contractor and coordinates all involved trades in exhibition construction, shopfitting and display construction.

PRO­DUC­TION

MANU­FAC­TURING AND MA­TE­RI­ALS

Key components are produced within IMA’s own production facilities. Woodworking, metalworking and surface finishing are closely coordinated throughout the manufacturing process.

This level of in-house production enables controlled implementation and precise coordination between engineering, material selection and production. As a result, quality, material consistency and technical execution remain aligned throughout all project phases.

DE­LIV­ERY

LO­GIS­TICS AND IN­STAL­LA­TION

Following planning and production, the project moves into on-site implementation. Transport, logistics and installation are organised and coordinated according to the specific project requirements.

IMA supports projects through to final completion and also assists with adjustments, extensions and future deployments. Installation and dismantling as well as the storage of components and exhibition stands are also part of the full-service portfolio.

PROJECT WORK­FLOW
